Welcome to Glazebharat Private Limited! By purchasing or using our machinery products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, installation, and use of machinery supplied by Glazebharat Private Limited. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Definitions
“Company” refers to Glazebharat Private Limited.
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing machinery or services from the Company.
“Product” refers to the machinery or equipment provided by the Company.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. A contract between the Company and the Customer is formed upon the Company’s confirmation of the order.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for the machinery and services will be as listed in the official quotation or on the Company’s website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms will be stated in the invoice or purchase order. All payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in additional charges or delayed delivery of products.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage to the machinery passes to the Customer upon delivery.
The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.
Installation and Training
Installation and commissioning of the machinery will be carried out by the Company or its authorized agents, where applicable.
Training on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery may be provided as per the agreement with the Customer.
Warranty
The Company provides a limited warranty for its machinery for a period of [Insert Warranty Period] from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within the warranty period.
Returns and Refunds
Machinery and equipment will not be returned aftere delivery, subject to the Company’s approval and inspection.
The machinery must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damages or alterations will void the refund.

Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its machinery.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s products, including designs, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
The Customer may not copy, reproduce, or modify the machinery without the Company’s prior written consent.
Force Majeure
The Company will not be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of R.A.C. Odisha High Court Cuttact
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in R.A.C. Odisha High Court Cuttact.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website or communicated to the Customer.
