We ship our machinery products to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across India.

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Custom or made-to-order machinery may take longer to process. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date at the time of your order confirmation.
  1. Shipping Rates and Costs
  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the machinery. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: International shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country, the size and weight of the machinery, and applicable duties and taxes. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Domestic Deliveries: Standard delivery times range from 7-10 business days, depending on the location.
  • International Deliveries: International delivery times typically range from 45-60  business days, but may vary based on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, and holidays.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your machinery. Our preferred carriers include:

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  1. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

  1. Damage During Shipping

We take every precaution to ensure your machinery arrives safely. However, if your product is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us same days of receiving the damaged product.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product. We will contact the customer to arrange redelivery or provide further instructions.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • Certain machinery products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory issues.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • For hazardous materials or large equipment, special handling or permits may be required. Contact us for more information on restricted shipments.
  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Glazebharat Private Limited is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
