Inspection and Restocking Fee

If we receive the returned machinery, it will be inspected for condition and proper functionality. If the return meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund or exchange. 

Please note the following:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors caused by the Company.
  • For credit card payments, the refund may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at -(+91) 9040876676 within 1 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide photos or evidence of the damage.

Exchanges

 No Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms of the warranty provided with the machinery. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and refunds. For more details, please refer to the warranty documentation that came with your product or contact our support team.
